The new Rob Zombie album The Great Satan. (This is my opinion and I’m certainly not a musician or music expert just a woman who likes to listen to all kinds of interesting things.)
I was excited to hear there was a new album coming out and was counting the days until it finally released. My husband and I listened to it together the day it was released and was not disappointed. It has lots of fast and heavy drums and the music was great. It still had lots of sound bites and such that it still gave a “horror film” kinda vibe here and there - which is one of my favorite things about Rob Zombie’s music. It makes the albums feel like a whole event rather than just listening to songs.
There are many great songs on this album. The ones that stood out to me were F.T.W. 84, Punks And Demons, Revolution MotherF…ers, and The Black Scorpion. I’m really glad to see Rob Zombie still putting out great things. I’m looking forward to many more projects in the future.
